The following are the official rules and regulations for participation in Miss , Teen and Mrs. India Platinum competitions. All contestants must read carefully and comply with these terms to be eligible for participation.

1. Fee Structure & Payment

Registration & Grooming Fees

• Registration Fee: INR 2,500/-

• Grooming Fee: INR 70,000/- (Inclusive of GST)

What's Included

The grooming fee covers:

• 3-day Grand Finale in Delhi

• 5-star accommodation at Radisson Blu with all meals

• Professional photoshoot session

• 1-month virtual training conducted by industry professionals

• Additional pageant benefits and activities

Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in full or in part

• Refunds will only be processed if the event is canceled by organizers after an official press release announcement

• Refunds will exclude expenses already incurred on promotions and marketing activities

2. Contestant Eligibility

Citizenship Requirements

Contestants must be:

• Indian citizens or legal residents of India, OR

• Indian nationals born or residing abroad

Personal Status

• Contestants may be single, married, divorced, separated, or widowed

• Married contestants may have children, as per specific category requirements

Professional Standards

• Contestants must never have participated in nude or pornographic photography, videography, or films

• Contestants must never have worked in occupations requiring complete or partial nudity

• This restriction applies to past, present, and future activities during the reign

3. Participation Rules

Commitment Requirements

• Once selected as a finalist and upon payment of grooming fees, contestants cannot withdraw or back out

• Voluntary withdrawal will result in no refund and potential disciplinary action for misleading the organization

• Contestants must participate with discipline and dedication according to the provided schedule

Information Accuracy

• Submission of incorrect, false, or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification

• This applies whether discovered before, during, or after participation

• All details provided must be accurate and verifiable

4. Conduct & Behavior Standards

Professional Conduct

• Contestants must maintain respect and professionalism toward fellow participants, staff, and pageant officials

• Misconduct, negative behavior, or misrepresentation of oneself or others will result in immediate disqualification

Prohibited Behavior

The following will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification and legal action:

• Violence or threats (physical or verbal)

• Abusive or inappropriate language

• Defamatory statements or actions

• Unacceptable behavior on social media platforms

• Any conduct that damages the pageant's reputation

Consequences

• Violations may result in lifetime ban from all future events

• Legal action may be pursued at the sole discretion of the Directors

• Disciplinary measures apply before, during, and after the pageant

5. Media Rights & Publicity

Broadcasting & Media Rights

• Contestants grant Star of India Beauty Pageant (OBP) and their licensees permission to:

  • Televise competitions live or recorded

  • Use images, film, or videotape of any portion of the competition

  • Utilize contestant photographs and videos for publicity purposes

Content Usage

• All media content may be used for promotional and marketing activities

• Contestants waive rights to compensation for such usage

• Media rights extend beyond the competition period

6. Organizer Authority

Event Management

• Organizers reserve the right to:

  • Extend dates or modify the competition schedule

  • Change event venues as necessary

  • Make final decisions on all competition matters

Dispute Resolution

• In case of any dispute, organizers' decisions are final and binding

• Judges' decisions are final and cannot be appealed

• Contestants cannot make claims regarding schedule or venue changes

Application Processing

• Deadlines are determined by the number of entries received

• Organizers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered applications

• Application processing timelines may vary

7. Risk & Liability

Participant Responsibility

• Contestants participate entirely at their own risk

• Individual responsibility applies to all competition activities

• Contestants must maintain their own health and safety precautions

Organizer Liability

• Organizers are not responsible for any:

  • Physical injuries or health issues

  • Personal property loss or damage

  • Financial losses beyond refund policies

  • Accidents occurring during participation
